What if I don't like the initial concepts?
You get 4 unique campaign concepts to choose from. You pick 2 favorites, and we expand those into a full photoshoot. One revision round is included at the draft stage if none of the 4 work for you. Additional revisions are €50 per round.
Can I get a consistent model across all my campaigns?
Three options. Pick a model from our curated roster — that face stays consistent across every set you order. Go random and we generate a model for that set only — looks great, but won't be the same face next time. Or invest in a Custom Brand Model from €1,495 — a unique face built exclusively for your brand, never used for another client. Roster models give you consistency. Custom models give you consistency plus exclusivity.
Can I combine multiple products in one scene?
Yes, up to 3 items per scene. We'll need 2-3 photos per item from different angles. One combined scene counts as one set.
What exactly do I need to send you?
3-5 product photos from different angles (phone quality is fine as long as the product is clearly visible), your brand colors, and your ad headline text. Fill out our intake form, pick a mood direction, and we take it from there. The whole process takes about 3 minutes.
Do I own the content?
Yes. Everything you pay for is 100% yours. Unlimited commercial use, no licensing fees, no time restrictions, no strings. Use it everywhere — social, website, print, paid ads, billboards. It's your content.
What if I only have one product to shoot?
One product = one set. A Starter package gives you 3 sets — that's 3 different products, or 3 different campaign directions for the same product. Your choice.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time project fee. You order when you need it. Our Drop Deals offer annual commitments at a lower rate, but those are prepaid banks of sets — not recurring charges.
Do you do video?
Yes — as an add-on to any ad set. We create 6 or 10-second videos from your approved campaign visuals. Starting at €69 per video. Standalone video production is a separate service.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency charges €3,000-10,000 for campaign creative and takes 4-8 weeks. You get 72 ads in 48 hours for €149. Same editorial quality, different production model.
What formats do I receive?
Every ad comes in 4 formats: 4:5 for Instagram Feed, 9:16 for Stories, Reels, and TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube and LinkedIn, and 1:1 for grid posts. Ads are delivered at 2K resolution — optimized for social platforms. Your 6 raw lifestyle images come at 4K — sharp enough for web, email, print, whatever you need. All files in PNG and WebP.
How does the 48-hour delivery work?
48 hours is our working time from the moment you approve your draft concepts. If you take two days to pick your favorites, delivery shifts accordingly. We're fast — but we can't approve for you.
What's the difference between your ads and doing it yourself with AI tools?
AI tools give you raw images or template-based ads. You still need to handle creative direction, ad design, copywriting, and resizing for every format yourself. Expect 2-3 hours per set learning the workflow, drafting, tweaking, and exporting — on top of €25-75/month for the tool. If your time is worth more than €50/hour, those 3 hours already cost more than our Starter package. We deliver 72 finished ads for €149. You spend 3 minutes on an intake form. Is this even a question?
