Company name and VAT number (for B2B assignments)
Email address
Phone number (if provided)
Website and social media links (if provided)
Information about your product or service in the context of an assignment
Payment information (processed via a secure payment provider, not stored directly by noDNAgency)
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health data, political beliefs or biometric data).
3. Why we process your data
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
For processing orders, executing assignments, invoicing and communicating about ongoing projects.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
For maintaining our client administration, improving our services and retaining communication history in the context of ongoing or past collaborations.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
For retaining accounting documents in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation.

We never sell your personal data to third parties and do not use it for third-party marketing purposes.

Google Drive / Google LLC
For delivery of files via shared folders. Google processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. More information: policies.google.com.
Accountant
We share invoicing data with our external accountant for tax processing purposes, under a duty of confidentiality.
In all other cases, your data is not shared with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Communication via our website takes place over secure connections (HTTPS).
