Sable was born in Paris to an Eritrean mother and a Swedish father, raised between the 11th arrondissement and Malmö. She started her career in contemporary dance — five years performing in warehouses and abandoned factories in Brussels. When she moved into modeling, she brought the dancer's understanding of space with her: how to make emptiness feel intentional. She designs gender-neutral jewelry in her spare time and her apartment has no couch — just floor cushions and a lot of light.
